Guru Jambheshwar University of Science and Technology has declared the counselling dates by issuing notification for the graduation course of session 2021. Students can take admission in UG programs by attending counselling on scheduled dates. Apart from UG, students who want to take admission to the PG program can complete the application process online mode by visiting the official website or by clicking on the link provided on this page on the scheduled dates. The last date of application for the PG program has been fixed as 20 September 2021. After the completion of the application process for admission in GJU , the merit list of the candidates will be released. The students whose name will appear in the merit list will be called for counselling. Only those students will participate in the counseling who will get the score marks prescribed by the university. • To take admission in M.Tech, students must have passed BE, B.Tech or its equivalent degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Civil, Biotechnology with 55% marks and Haryana and SC category students with 52.25% marks.
• To do M Pharma course, the student must have passed the pharmacy exam in Bachelor course with 55% marks and Haryana and SC category students with 52.25% marks.
• For doing MSc course, the student wants to do MSc in the stream in which the student wants to do B.Sc degree with 50% marks and Haryana and SC candidates should have obtained bachelor’s degree in any percentage.
• To do Master of Physiotherapy course, the student must have passed Bachelor of Physiotherapy degree with 50% marks and Haryana and SC category students with 47.5 percent marks.
• For doing MBA and M.Com course, the student should have passed Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university with 50% marks and resident of Haryana and SC category students with 47.5 percent marks.
• To take admission in Master of Computer Application (MCA) course, the student must have completed BCA degree or BSc (IT, Computer Science) or Bachelor’s degree with Mathematics as a subject or 10+2 with Mathematics and Bachelor’s degree with it.
• For various undergraduate courses, the student must have passed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English subjects from a recognized board.
• To do B.Sc Honors, the student should have passed with 60% marks with Physics, Chemistry and Maths subjects from a recognized board. 57% marks have been fixed for the resident students of Haryana.

Guru Jambheshwar University of Science and Technology has released the application form for admission to various UG, PG and dual degree programs. Students who want to take admission in various undergraduate and dual degree programs can apply online from 05 July 2021 to 02 September 2021, while students taking admission in PG program can fill the application form from 20 August 2021 to 22 August 2021. Students can fill the GJUST Application Form 2021 by visiting the official website gjuonline.ac.in , along with that students can also fill the application form through the link given on our page. Students who will fill the GJUST Application Form 2021  will have to compulsorily submit the application fee along with the application form, without the application fee your application form will not be considered complete and such application form will be cancelled. Students can pay the application fee through net banking, debit card, credit card etc. The last date for submission of application fee is 16 August 2021.

Application Fee (UG/PG & Dual Degree Programmes) –

• Application Fee for General Category: Rs. 1200.
• Application fee for SC & ST & OBC category (Haryana students only) : Rs.300
• Application Fee for Economically Weaker (EWS) Category (Haryana Students Only): Rs.600.

After the completion of the application process, if any error occurs from the candidates while filling the application form, then you can make corrections in it through email. Students can request for correction on the official email of the university at ugadmission@gjust.org . The last date for making corrections is 23 August 2021, after the due date you will not be able to make corrections in the application form.

GJUST Admit Card 2021 will be issued online on the official website. Students will be able to download GJUST Admit Card 2021 by visiting the official website . Apart from this, you will be able to get the admit card from the link given on our page. Admit card will be available to only those students for whose courses the entrance exam will be conducted. It is very important for all the students appearing in the written examination to have the admit card without the admit card, students will not be allowed to sit in the examination hall, it is mandatory for the students to carry a valid identity card along with the admit card.

To take admission in the university, students will have to first apply online, after which the admit cards of those students will be issued. After the issuance of the admit card, the entrance test of the students will be conducted and after that their results will be released. Let the students know that Guru Jambheshwar University of Science and Technology  organizes the examination for admission in some courses, the results will be released after the completion of their examination and after the completion of the application process for the courses in which admission will be given according to the merit. Merit list will be released. Let the students know that after the merit list is released by the university, students will have to appear in the counseling phase. All those students whose names will be included in the score released by the university will be called for counselling. The counseling will be completed in three phases. In the counseling process, students have to report on the given date and time. At the time of counselling, students should carry all the necessary documents along with them. Students who are unable to provide the documents requested by the institute, their admission may be cancelled.

Guru Jambheshwar University of Science and Technology started its journey on October 20, 1995 in Hisar, Haryana State under Haryana State Legislation Act, 17, Education on the Frontiers of Technology, Pharmacy, Environmental Studies, Non-conventional Energy in Haryana State, India To provide sources, mass media and management studies. Today the University stands on three hundred seventy two acres of lush green land with 18 teaching departments classified in 10 faculties for coordinated teaching especially in effective and effective governance.

Presently the university offers 45 regular programs in the campus including B.Tech, M.Tech, B.Pharma, M.Pharma, B.Physiotherapy, M.Physiotherapy, M.Sc, MBA, M.Com and MCA. PHD. degree programs in all departments. The university also offers 17 programs through distance mode. These distance education programs are approved by the joint committee of UGC, AICTE and DEC.
