TCS Xplore - What are TCS Xplore 1 and Xplore 2?

Xplore is a learning program before ILP by TCS. Xplore1 is from Jan 2019 to Mar 2019. Xplore2 is from Jul 2019 to Sept 2019.

What are TCS Xplore 1 and Xplore 2?

Xplore 1 and Xplore 2 both are self and pre-learning programs for TCS NINJA Fresher’s 2019. All the TCS NINJA freshers are given the option to select either Xplore1 or Xplore2.

TCS Xplore 1

Start Date: Jan 2019
End Date: March 2019.
Duration: Daily 2 hrs needed.

Benefits:

Early Joining.
If the score is more than 55% then Rs.40,000 joining Bonus.
If the Score more than 80% then an additional Rs.20,000.

How to log in to TCS Xplore 1?

A very easy work you need to do the following:-

Open an incognito tab (will avoid multiple bugs and ease the work)
Search TCS Careers and then go to it.
Select over their that log in as “Student”
Log in with your registered mail id and give the password credentials as it was given.

You are in enjoy your training and complete your Xplore 1.

TCS Xplore 2

Start Date: Jun 2019
End Date: Comprises of 3 months
Duration: Daily 8hrs needed.

Benefits:

If the score is more than 55% then Rs.20,000 joining Bonus.
If the Score more than 80% then an additional Rs.20,000.
There are more technical courses in Xplore 2 as compared to Xplore 1, not sure about it.

Drawback: Late joining as compared to Xplore 1 participants.

Can I leave TCS after Xplore?

No.You can leave TCS after 1 Year bond only else you have to amount which is agreed on bond breaking.

Is TCS IPA mandatory?

It’s not mandatory, but before 30th April you need to score well for incentives. We’ll have a minimum of two proctored assesments planned every month, either iPA or CPA.
