The direct recruitment for many posts offered by Ordnance factory Board varying from Industrial Employees Group C to Labour posts is scheduled in three different phases, called Phase 1, Phase 2 and Phase 3.

The Direct recruitment IE Phase 1 written examination has been scheduled to be conducted on Sunday 10th of September 2021, in two sessions Forenoon(10.30 am to 12.30 pm) and Afternoon session(2.30 pm to 4.30 pm). Both sessions will be conducted on the same day.
